The speaker Inaiê Takaes Santos will share about the work of the Bioeconomy WG of the initiative A Concert for the Amazon, which was born motivated by the existence of different interpretations of the bioeconomy in the Amazonian context, and by its implications for sustainable business models and public policies that the group seeks to strengthen. The focus is to scale up the bioeconomy by valuing Brazil’s socio-biodiversity. To this end, the WG proposes to promote the articulation of networks of entrepreneurs, financiers, public managers, local and business leaders, among other relevant actors.
