The Amazônia 2030 project holds the Data Zoom Amazônia workshop, the first interactive platform for visualizing and cross-referencing data from the Legal Amazon.

With the tool, anyone can cross-reference data and understand relationships between different topics. “Our goal is to tell stories through data. It is to look at a series of bases and understand how they can relate to each other. We seek to simplify access to microdata from the Legal Amazon and develop a data visualization platform that is open, accessible, interactive, and parameterizable,” said Gustavo Gonzaga, coordinator of the Data Zoom project.
