The biannual event was held for the first time in 2018, but the covid-19 pandemic postponed the second edition, which now takes place in person.
The objective of the Festival, promoted by Idesam, AMAZ impact accelerator and Impact HUB Manaus, is to consolidate the event as a meeting point for impact investments and sustainable business development in the Amazon.
The 2nd FIINSA’s programming will consist of six tracks: Impact investments; Research, development and innovation; Government and impact business; Bioeconomy in the Amazon; Community Business and Tools for Impact.
Thematic workshops, project launches, pitch sessions, business fairs, market with sustainable products from the Amazon, business and investment rounds and partner stands complete the program.
The first edition of the event brought together 252 people and mobilized 64 speakers and moderators, five main and 12 parallel panels. BRL 1.1 million was invested in four impact businesses during the investment round.
