During the event, a virtual gallery of artists from the Amazon was launched, who through their works help the Concerta\u00e7\u00e3o build and humanize debates, expanding the imaginary about the various Amazons. With the theme “Cycles for Tomorrow”, the exhibition brings the vision of 16 artists who dedicate themselves and fight for the ground they inhabit.\r\n\r\nRenata Piazzon, director of the Arapya\u00fa Institute and executive secretary of the Concerta\u00e7\u00e3o, recalled the pillars of the network’s performance, which today has more than 500 leaders from the most varied sectors. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tsanitary doctor from the Sa\u00fade e Alegria Project took to the debate examples of problems and solutions experienced in the Amazon, such as the difficulties posed by the immensity of the territory, the inequality of care structures, the viability of primary care – which proved to be very effective for the specific conditions of the region -, and the relevance of telemedicine in a territory with these characteristics.\r\n\r\nFor him, the bottleneck is in public management and in the qualification of these actors. \u201cThe Amazon region has health specificities and indicators that are lower than the national ones\u201d, he explains. He argues that relatively simple and inexpensive measures aimed at primary care would be able to relieve hospitals, such as supplying UBSs (Basic Health Units) with basic equipment, implementing telemedicine and adopting prevention and sanitation policies.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
