Discover the initiatives promoted by the Concertation in partnership with organizations that aim to build a development agenda for the Amazon region through an integrated and inclusive approach.<\/p>

The supported projects are medium to long-term and must transform reality in a concrete way, involve actors from different sectors, present measurable impacts, and also have the potential for scale, empowerment, and permanence of the positive impact, and may also support public policies and practices of the private sector, academia, and civil society.<\/p>

As a facilitator of resources of all kinds, Concerta\u00e7\u00e3o works to identify political, economic, environmental, and social solutions capable of providing well-being for local populations and indigenous peoples, while simultaneously ensuring the conservation of the Amazon’s mega-biodiversity and climate protection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The Amazonian Itineraries<\/a> program seeks to promote the Amazon region in Brazilian schools through educational materials organized into curricular units and modules for inclusion in high school curricula. In addition, it conducts training processes for teachers, school administrators, and education technicians from partner school networks in the Legal Amazon region. <\/p>

<\/div>
The curricular units are teaching and learning pathways that can be customized to the various curricular architectures of secondary education. They combine Amazonian issues and themes with the knowledge, methods, and specificities of the following areas of knowledge: Natural Sciences and their Technologies, Human and Social Sciences, Languages \u200b\u200band their Technologies, Mathematics and its Technologies, Life Projects, and Vocational Technical Education at the Secondary Level (EPT). <\/div>

The curricular units are organized into four themes: Biodiversity and sociodiversity of the Amazon, Geopolitics of the Amazon, Identities and cultures of the Amazon, and Economies of the Amazon.<\/div>
More than 120 people, including young people, educators, representatives from education departments of the Legal Amazon’s school systems, and education specialists, collaborated in the creation of the material.<\/div>

The Amazon is paramount when we consider issues of sustainable development, climate change, and the appreciation of traditional knowledge that supports the preservation of the standing forest. The program also recognizes the plurality of voices and cultures that enrich this territory. Furthermore, the program’s principles are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN’s 2030 Agenda, creating conditions for teachers and students to see themselves and act as agents of transformation in their communities. <\/div>

The Amazonian Itineraries project is a joint effort of the Iungo and Re\u00fana institutes and the Uma Concerta\u00e7\u00e3o pela Amaz\u00f4nia network, in partnership with and with investments from BNDES, the Hydro Sustainability Fund, the Arapya\u00fa Institute, the Bem Maior Movement, and sponsorship from Vale.<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Epis\u00f3dio 5 - Identidades culturais e o despertar do senso cr\u00edtico nos jovens das Amaz\u00f4nias<\/h3><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guiar os estudantes na compreens\u00e3o de suas identidades culturais e estimular um olhar cr\u00edtico sobre a realidade regional. Foi com esse mote que a professora de Filosofia Fabiany Melo, de Rio Branco (AC), trabalhou conte\u00fados do programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos com seus alunos do 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba anos do Ensino M\u00e9dio da Escola Professor Pedro Martinello. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ela prop\u00f4s trabalhar o contexto hist\u00f3rico e filos\u00f3fico dos alimentos amaz\u00f4nidas em sala de aula, o que apresentou aos jovens a sabedoria das comunidades tradicionais dos quais muitos s\u00e3o descendentes. Os estudantes pesquisaram e aprenderam sobre o cultivo e uso de ingredientes locais. Nesse processo, eles tamb\u00e9m tomaram consci\u00eancia de como as queimadas impactam a seguran\u00e7a alimentar da regi\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de outras dificuldades enfrentadas pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A professora de Hist\u00f3ria Eliane Neres encontrou no programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos um aliado para adaptar suas pr\u00e1ticas \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as do Ensino M\u00e9dio. Com apoio dos materiais, ela desenvolveu atividades interativas com os alunos do Col\u00e9gio Militar D. Pedro II, do munic\u00edpio de Cruzeiro do Sul (AC), que ultrapassaram a sala de aula. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre as experi\u00eancias bem-sucedidas est\u00e1 o programa \u201cAmigos do Meio Ambiente\u201d, em que os estudantes trataram de quest\u00f5es presentes no seu cotidiano, tais como secas, queimadas e enchentes, res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos e cuidados com a natureza. A iniciativa deu t\u00e3o certo que os jovens come\u00e7aram a participar de parcerias com ONGs e a Secretaria de Meio Ambiente do munic\u00edpio, o que consolidou o conhecimento sobre os temas abordados.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A professora de sociologia Patr\u00edcia Helena Pereira mobilizou e trabalhou junto com uma equipe de sete professores para colocar em pr\u00e1tica o programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos nas tr\u00eas s\u00e9ries do Ensino M\u00e9dio da Escola Estadual Salom\u00e3o Matos, em Salvaterra, na Ilha de Maraj\u00f3 (PA). Por meio das atividades, os estudantes vivenciaram uma quebra de paradigmas. Eles entenderam que estudar as Amaz\u00f4nias vai al\u00e9m da floresta, aprofundando conceitos como sustentabilidade e bioeconomia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A bi\u00f3loga e professora Luiara Gomes conduziu a disciplina \u201cProjetos de Vida\u201d para aplicar o programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos com alunos da 2\u00aa s\u00e9rie do Ensino M\u00e9dio na Escola Argentina Pereira Feitosa, na zona urbana da cidade de Capixaba, no interior do Acre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A atividade desenvolvida foi a \u201c\u00c1rvore da Vida\u201d, uma aprendizagem que estimulou cada jovem a exercer o autoconhecimento e a planejar o seu futuro. Com a provoca\u00e7\u00e3o construtiva do projeto, os alunos puderam aprender e refletir sobre os valores locais, sua cultura, a pot\u00eancia da floresta preservada e a riqueza de seus povos. Um movimento que os levou a construir novos olhares, a acreditar que poderiam n\u00e3o apenas sonhar, mas realizar projetos de vida dentro das Amaz\u00f4nias.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No primeiro v\u00eddeo da s\u00e9rie sobre o programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos, o professor de filosofia Manoel Ramos conta a sua experi\u00eancia na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o na escola p\u00fablica Governador Alexandre Zacarias Assun\u00e7\u00e3o, localizada no bairro do Guam\u00e1, na periferia de Bel\u00e9m (PA). Desenvolvido em conjunto pela equipe docente e alunos do Ensino M\u00e9dio e da EJA (Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens e Adultos), o projeto teve como tema \u201cSociedade, cultura e meio ambiente: combatendo as fake news na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade sustent\u00e1vel\u201d. Como resultado pr\u00e1tico da aprendizagem, dois pain\u00e9is de not\u00edcias foram produzidos para exposi\u00e7\u00e3o na escola. Al\u00e9m de tornar os alunos protagonistas de seu pr\u00f3prio aprendizado, Manoel conta que a atividade possibilitou que a comunidade refletisse sobre o desenvolvimento da Amaz\u00f4nia a partir do territ\u00f3rio e de seus povos, desenvolvendo um olhar mais cr\u00edtico sobre sua explora\u00e7\u00e3o predat\u00f3ria e excludente, que n\u00e3o considera a exist\u00eancia dos povos origin\u00e1rios e tradicionais. O programa Itiner\u00e1rios Amaz\u00f4nicos \u00e9 uma realiza\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta do Instituto Iungo, da rede Uma Concerta\u00e7\u00e3o pela Amaz\u00f4nia e do Instituto Re\u00fana, em parceria e com investimentos do BNDES, Fundo de Sustentabilidade Hydro, Instituto Arapya\u00fa, Movimento Bem Maior e patroc\u00ednio da Vale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
